  04滅火器1.滅火器應(yīng)設(shè)置在通風(fēng)、干燥、清潔的地點(diǎn),不得受到烈日的曝曬,不得接近熱源或受劇烈振動。2.滅火器懸掛地點(diǎn)的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃~55℃。3.滅火器設(shè)置地點(diǎn)應(yīng)位置明顯,便于取用,并且不影響安全疏散,推車式滅火器與其保護(hù)對象之間的通道應(yīng)暢通無阻。4.對滅火器要經(jīng)常進(jìn)行檢查,檢查內(nèi)容為:①噴筒是否暢通(如堵塞要及時(shí)疏通);②壓力表指針是否在綠色(要檢查原因,檢查后要重新灌裝);③零部件是否完整(有無松動、變形、銹蝕、損壞);④可見部位防腐層是否完好(輕度脫落要及時(shí)補(bǔ)好,明顯腐蝕應(yīng)送專業(yè)部門維修及進(jìn)行耐壓試驗(yàn));⑤鉛封是否完好(一經(jīng)開放,必須按規(guī)定再行充裝,并作密封試驗(yàn),重新鉛封)。5.按時(shí)進(jìn)行定期檢查、保養(yǎng):每一季度檢查一次噴嘴和噴射管有否堵塞、腐蝕損壞,剛性連接式噴筒是否能將其軸線回轉(zhuǎn),并可在任意位置停留,推車式滅火器的行車機(jī)構(gòu)是否靈活,有否檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)志。檢查完后在滅火器檢查卡上簽字。6.滅火器由消防部門認(rèn)可的專業(yè)公司進(jìn)行灌裝。

  05室內(nèi)消火栓1.消火栓外檢查:檢查消火栓門關(guān)閉是否良好,鎖、玻璃有無損壞,消火栓門封條是否完好;2.隨機(jī)抽取消火消火栓總數(shù)的10%測試,按消火栓報(bào)警按鈕,消防中心應(yīng)有正確的報(bào)警顯示,檢查箱內(nèi)元件是否良好、有無脫落,消火栓內(nèi)水龍頭有無滲漏;3.開消火栓門取出水帶,仔細(xì)檢查有無破損,如有應(yīng)即修補(bǔ)或替換;檢查有無發(fā)黑發(fā)霉,如有,應(yīng)取出刷凈、晾干;4.將水帶交換摺邊或翻動一次;5.檢查水槍、水帶接頭連接是否方便牢固、有無缺損,如有,立即修復(fù),然后擦凈在消火栓內(nèi)放好;6.查接口墊圈是否完好無缺,替換閥上老化的皮墊,將閥桿上油;7.檢查修整全部支架,掉漆部位應(yīng)重新補(bǔ)刷,同時(shí)油漆;8.將消火栓箱內(nèi)清掃干凈,部件存放整齊后,鎖上消火栓門,更換檢查標(biāo)簽卡。9.檢查后在消防箱檢查卡上簽名,放置在消防箱內(nèi),并貼上公司統(tǒng)一印制的消防箱封條。

  05 Indoor fire hydrant 1.
