Smoke exhaust fire dampers are installed on the pipes of mechanical smoke exhaust systems and are usually in an open state. When the smoke temperature in the smoke exhaust pipe reaches 280 ℃ during a fire, they close and can meet the requirements of smoke leakage and fire resistance integrity within a certain period of time, serving as a valve for smoke isolation and fire resistance. Smoke exhaust fire dampers are generally composed of valve bodies, blades, actuators, and temperature sensors. Smoke dampers are installed at the end of each branch pipe (smoke inlet) of mechanical smoke exhaust systems, and are usually in a closed state to meet the requirements of air leakage. In case of major disasters or when smoke exhaust is needed, they can be manually or electrically opened to function as smoke exhaust valves. Valves with decorative openings or those that have been decorated are called smoke exhaust outlets. Smoke exhaust valves are generally composed of valve bodies, blades, actuators, and other components.
從定義可以看出,防火閥(FHF)均為70℃常開,排煙防火閥均為280℃常開,排煙閥(這里相當(dāng)于排煙口)均為常閉。

問題1:是否存在70℃常閉的防火閥?

應(yīng)該存在DFHF(B70℃),即70℃常閉電控防火閥,平時常閉,可以電控開啟,手動、電動復(fù)位,70℃時熔斷關(guān)閉,應(yīng)用于平時不需要排風(fēng)的氣體消防房間(如做了空調(diào)的檔案庫)。

個人認(rèn)為不存在280℃常閉的排煙防火閥,從定義中可以看出,排煙防火閥主要是排煙實用,280℃熔斷關(guān)閉進行防火作用。既然排煙時需要使用,則做成常開的更可靠,可以避免常閉閥門在火災(zāi)發(fā)生時發(fā)生故障無法開啟的情況。

問題4:70℃防火閥的應(yīng)用場合有哪些?

防火閥應(yīng)用場合很多,在空調(diào)送回風(fēng)干管,通風(fēng)風(fēng)機進出口,風(fēng)井入口,管道穿越防火分區(qū)/變形縫/重要房間/機房/火災(zāi)危險性大的房間的隔墻或樓板,垂直風(fēng)管與每層水平風(fēng)管連接處。等很多場合都需要設(shè)置防火閥。

問題5:對于沒有空調(diào)機房的空調(diào),如新風(fēng)換氣機,吸頂式空調(diào)器等,防火閥如何設(shè)置?

問題6:送回風(fēng)主干管的防火閥是否要連鎖空調(diào)主機?

問題7:空調(diào)新風(fēng)取風(fēng)管是否需要安裝防火閥?

一般來說不需要。特別是如果回風(fēng),送風(fēng)均安裝防火閥之后,新風(fēng)取風(fēng)口就沒有必要在安裝防火閥了。并且一般取風(fēng)口位于室外,且按照規(guī)范要求與排煙口保持10m以上的水平距離或3m以上的垂直距離(排煙口在上),一般煙氣不會從新風(fēng)口進入空調(diào),所以一般不需要安裝防火閥。

It is recommended that this valve can interlock the closure of the fan (see question 10).

如果風(fēng)機出口通往風(fēng)井,該風(fēng)井帶2個或2個以上的系統(tǒng),則每個系統(tǒng)風(fēng)機出口靠風(fēng)井處(200mm以內(nèi))設(shè)280℃常開排煙防火閥且連鎖風(fēng)機關(guān)閉,且后面設(shè)止回閥。
